John Coe will continue to host Monthly AMAs and property tours will remain to those who transition until approximately April, 2026.
Use the link provided in the announcement. Membership is open to IJCRE members at a discounted rate ($500/year), with early joiners locked into preferential pricing. The first 15 applicants will receive a 100% scholarship, if interested. More scholarships may be available in early 2026.
The IJCRE nonprofit entity will wind down by the end of 2025. The community will live on within Station DC, enriched by cross-industry engagement.
August–December 2025: Members invited to join Station DC
December 2025: IJCRE nonprofit entity concludes
2026 and beyond: John Coe continues podcast, blog, and career counseling, while Station DC hosts community engagement
You’ll still be able to listen to the podcast and read the blog, but you’ll miss the deeper networking, cross-industry exposure, and mentorship opportunities.
Sam Glass, Colin Madden, and others will maintain a separate list of transitioned members for targeted CRE networking.
